The thing is the hat was never sold.it was his guild originally and whoever got ownership of guild did it on the base of that original leader would get HIS GuildHat in exchange he got 100hr guild? and 20bbc.. I'd hardly say thats selling an item when it was already his guild, that being said people never should go for these things there is a reason not many do and this is one case of it -you'd unlikely get what's promised-that goes for trading in general.

Not really involved in it just stating opinion on it, staff still have to go by the rules though (Only few times I've seen exceptions-done by high staff on servers)
