Probably more of a self-serving thought, but it would be pretty cool to have a means of designating your House as a "codeshop" versus not for filter purposes. I am probably one of the few who enjoy exploring houses, but wish there was a way to filter out from leaderboards those houses that are "codeshops" so I (we) can actually explore possible quality Houses. Player level design has always been a big part of Graal, even though it is more so limited today (for good reason of course). I know it will not solve in full, but just thought it could be a good idea.

A way to implement would maybe have a checkbox option in the housing menu to designate "Not a Codeshop". This would make it more of a positive assurance that you are qualifying your house as a non-codeshop.

Again, just a selfish suggestion.  

Part of me agrees, but the other part says that this would, in turn, legitimize codeshops (there is nowhere in the game content that they are mentioned till now). Although I cringe to think this, the 'fashion show' furniture at Mire Mart is a thing... so maybe some codeshop love is in order?

An aside; I would love to have different house 'settings' that could be put on like character slots as well.

Perhaps you could even turn it into a filter on the house rating board.
