I sent in a toonslab ticket and right when I clicked "submit" it said "file not found" please I'm begging that it was actually sent and someone will read it cause I wrote paragraphs and included a bunch of pictures and everything.  

"File not Found" more than likely has something to do with the pictures.

You have to download the pictures and upload them with a file browser, if I remember correctly
