so I think they finished the area, apparently you're supposed to find a lost rental horse. still trying to find out how this works, but basically the girl running the stall gives you this flute:

you have to use the flute to find the horse, the girl hints that you might find him in places he could walk to... IDK but I'll edit any updates into this post and if you find anything share it with us!

edit: found the horse, taking it back to its stall


edit: yay got it, the horse's locations might differ but I found mine near Brother's

Hey queen turd, I want the flute more than the horse. I assumed I would get to keep it after turning the horse in?

Possible to get a reset on this one if not retain the flute? I have more than 20 mounts already...  

The song it plays when you use it is the Epona's Song melody, really nice reference and hope more people realize it  

I wonder if the rental house is attached to a saddle, it won't be returned...  

Already regretting completing it, the flute was cooler than the horse but I guess it's nice for new players.

Good job on the pathfinding of the horse btw, taking it back to the lady went very smooth.

Cool to see the "!" Icon from the pyrat quest is being reused here.  

Might be worth while to sell an Ocarina as a musical instrument that players can use, seems to be something a lot of people are interested in just standing outside of the stable and seeing everyone say they want to keep it

Nice that the horse lasts an hour, I know there's a guy who stands outside of the ship when new players first arrive maybe it would be beneficial to have his dialogue direct the players to the stable?  

What an original idea. Got ocarina of time vibes from this.  

I assume this is to give new players limited access to a horse but I thought new players got a free horse when completing the tutorial...
