so you got some of the hats that can be straight up purchased with the grab bags? interesting  

Im glad the bags are reasonably priced. I really want that mount, but Im only halfway and dont have enough time.

I guess we can assume all events and prizes will be available until Nov. 1 (end of day or beginning of day?), like usual?  

So recycled stuff from previous Graaloween's in the bags...not worth it lol. Just gonna no life tonight and tomorrow to 300 candies for the Hand Mount

First row is stuff I got in 2014, but I'm pretty sure you can get them now as well  

These are approximations, because the recycled hats from last year may already be owned by you or Crime (which is where I am getting my data from), therefore the actual cost to buyout may be slightly higher or lower by ~60-100 candies.

26*20=520 candies to buy out all of the random hats (assuming last two hats Crime posted are from random bag).
All of the hats in the shop (not counting random hats) is 1290 candies.
For all hats the lowest cost is 1710 candies.
All hats + mount is 2010 candies at the lowest possible cost.


(Disclaimer: "Lowest cost" calculations assume that you will receive the ghost companion hat and black cat hat from random prize bag).

Also, assuming that you have gotten some of the hats posted by Crime in past halloweens, the total price will be lower.

 

i bought the last two hats individually from the ones on display. but i did get the same candy corn one on display from the bag.  

More hats and items have just been added to the rewards
