Hi, I recently uploaded a Poptart head which was God Awful because I thought I'd get away with sending it in unshaded... so I've fixed it up and resent it. almost immediately Julius declined it The reason was that it had incorrect dimensions. I was wondering why it got declined so I checked and it said what i thought, it was the wrong template/all over the place :/ I assure you it is the right template... So can someone explain my problem.

No, the current form I has sides that are 4 pixels thinner so I don't think that's it, and that doesn't seem like it would fit the category of incorrect dimensions, thanks anyway.

Heh I tried making a poptart head and shading it to see if I could give you some pointers, but I'll be honest with you. This thing is annoying to shade for me.

Thank you. I tried to shade it with a bunch of methods, and I have had the unshaded copy for a month or 2 now until I decided that it will take ages for me to shade it, I am bad at shading as it is...  

Yeah, Graal won't even send off images with the wrong dimensions. Hmm. Try setting your transparency?  

You have Full Black(#000000) for the eyes/mouth part. It would've made those parts invisible on your face. And ya, like what someone else said, I think the issue is the side faces....because they're too thin 0:
