I need help with making a Midi sound better.

Can someone please help me make this Midi sound better? The song is She Blinded Me With Science if you need to listen to the song, just Youtube it.
By making it sound better, I mean less chunky and so it's actually playable, I'd appreciate it although I doubt anyone can help.

its hard to convert mp3 to midi if its a complex mp3, your best bet is to manually edit the midi

How would I do that? I don't have Synthesia, any experience, and I don't know what to take off and what not to.
