I am having an issue where if I log into my phone, get off then try to log into pc I get a black screen then it says "The game server could not be reached."

I know a couple people that have this same issue and it just started a couple weeks ago. For me to login I have to wait a certain amount of time... is this something new that was added?

Things I have tried:
- Clearing cache (duh)
- Different browsers
- Incognito mode in chrome/private in others

What works:
- Switching to LTE or different IP and I can login (obviously ridiculous).

It seems like there is maybe a safe guard or something? Because after 5-10 minutes I can log back in. This only started happening recently. I also can't login by phone after this as well  

This happens when I refresh the page, because the tilesets weren't loaded properly from switching the email account.

I just leave the browser closed for 5 minutes, try again and it works. I just find it annoying though, since I love hopping to alts and do pyrat quests.  

Had this issue days ago when i logged to pc and went back to my phone. I logged in tho but the tileset wont load properly. I cleared cache and it loaded properly after
