They probably have a good reason to have it at 7k, since it's only the one's that are gifs.

Money-Wise, I think with just 10-20 people buying one of those hats, they make way more than 10,000 people buying the 5g anniversary mount.

Figured it out. The gif hats have two frames each which is equivalent to having two hats. The normal price for this year's anniversary hats are 3.5k - double that and you get 7k. You're essentially paying for two hats.

1 for the price of 2!

The rainbow headphones were worth 20k, while the normal one's were worth 4-5k. It might be silly, but it's probably true that, because it's a gif they raise the price.

They stopped letting people upload 1k gif tower hats for a reason, I don't remember why exactly.

I think your missing the picture here ... It's mean to be hats to celebrate graals aniversary. The whole point is to have everyone to celebrate this achievement and give back to the community that's supported the game for all this time. So how are we meant to celebrate this achievement when they are asking us to pay 7k for a bloody candle which at least half of the people can't afford?

I believe the reason was due to too many guilds farming 1 k guilds for a gift hat which eventually would take up too much space if it had carried on?  

Lemme just use my 158 gralats that I have leftover from gifting people xDD
