Hello everyone, i have an issue.

I recently (About 2 months ago) went to log onto my account and it told me ivwas revoked access. I than went to go identify myself onto my account and it said "This email is not connected with any account, would you like to create one" which is odd because i do have an account connected to that email.

The wierd part is that once it happened on Graal Zone, it happened on Olwest, Era, and Classic aswell.

First i messaged the old manager Chelt on zone. He told me to send an email to toonslab (Wow). I was never answered, so i went onto PM chelt multiple times. Each time he ignored me. I asked BlackFires, he told me to get in touch with Xor, he gave me the email. I emailed Xor twice, nothing. BlackFires then became manager of Graal Zone. He told me to send an email to toonslab. He told me he had to answer every email Chelt never answered.
Im still waiting. Then i though, this is serious. Ive spent money on Graal. This should be a top priority.

I literally cant do anything. We just had an update on Graal Zone, and i couldnt even participate because all my guns and melees are on my other account. I cant base with my sqaud like i use to. I cant play at all like i use to. I shouldnt have to wait for this.

I came here, because it seems Admins dont like to answer to us regular players.

Hello, if anybody reading this can help, HELP! Ive been getting ignored by countless admins. Whats the point of working for a server if you ignore players. Whats the point of making ToonsLab support if your not going to support.

I want my account.

Oh yeah, i like graal. Its just alot of the admins ruin the experience.
