Just be careful which version of the IDLE you're downloading. I believe Codecademy uses Python 2.7 which has a slightly different syntax to the latest version. You can still download the Python 2.7 from the website or you could use an online IDE like this one.

I wouldnt suggest learning from internet. Learn from a real programmer in real life. You will understand faster

While it's the information isn't always spot on, the internet is a great resource for learning to code - even the most experienced developers use it to research anything they aren't sure about. Getting a tutor might be faster but learning from resources such as Codecademy is far cheaper and far more accessible. |
