Can't login to PC Graal

Hello, I wasn't sure what topic to post this in, so feel free to move it to the appropriate spot if necessary.
First off, I've contacted the support email given on the graalonline.com site, but nobody has responded.
If you know of any others I can contact to get help with my issue, please don't hesitate to provide it.
So, whenever I try to confirm my IP range, this shows up:

So, I cannot login to the game itself or the main site.
Please help, this has been going on for more than 3 months.
Any help is appreciated.

They rarely provide support for the PC client anymore, they don't even have an option for it on the support site. I believe Carlito was the only person managing it but he's been MIA for several months now so it's unlikely that you'll get a reply. There's a few other emails you could try as a last resort but I really wouldn't expect a response.

Lol, I had this same issue and now I'm globally banned for no reason after trying to get help with the issue for 6 months.

There are quite a few of us with the same problem. I haven't been able to log in for about 5 months now, it seems like we're going to need new accounts because the support is nonexistent.

The email Alpho gave is probably the best one to email. I got pretty quick responses few times I had to message them.
