Reposting this because action has still not been taken to reconnect his email to his account. FP4 Mentioned having him check his email. However this has only resulted in a "create account for this email" being triggered when he tries logging in.

Primetime hasn't been able to access his account for more then 267 days now and I'm wondering if theirs anyway he can recover it.

He attempted to login in one day and it said "the server has revoked access to this account", I'm curious as to why this would happen and if there is anyway he can get this resolved, he's been on an alt ever since and has sent tickets to toonslab beforehand.

He still has access to the email that was connected to the account and I'm assuming the email was removed from the account so he cannot login.

Is there anyway a staff member could allow him to provide proof that he owns the email used on the account before hand so he can get the account fixed so he is able to login again?

Thank you to anyone who can provide any information in regards to why this would happen, I will send this to fp4/dusty via pm as well in hopes they can provide an answer.

He's dying to get access to his account again because he has many gst hats, 40k spar wins and ownership of apostles (a guild whitebeard wants back)

My friend got removed for making a post lol the abuse.  

286 days ago was the day primetime's account got revoked which was the 14th of april. The 10th of july was the day "bob the builder" hacked guilds and accounts.
the 2nd time my towering guild "miracles" got hacked by "bob the builder" (admins gave everybody's acc back+ their guilds. A great job by the gp team on that day) however, this wasnt the first time for me, my guild+Friend's acc got hacked and the guild got disbanded with 850+ hours. Two or three days later my account ACCESS GOT REVOKED randomly, on the same day my friends made a riot outside the mod tower to ask admins to un-revoke access of my acc, and they did. I thought that admins revoked access of my acc bc they i was spamming them to give guild hours back (i regret it).
I'm sure some gps remember such a story, THE THING IS at the same date primetime acc got revoked which was the 14th april is the same day my acc got revoked too. Or at least around this date.
I really find it un-fair not to un-revoke access of his acc? I'm sure admins already investigated with primetime situation, but i suggest them to re-investigate primetime issue with the information that i provided on the top. Thnx

Your only option is telling him to contact toonslab

There's literally nobody on this forum can do about it so this thread really has no point tbh

He's tried this 6 times now, no response.

fp4 and dusty have helped out with this issue before.
