Nope so if they win with an alternate account, then good for them if they want to keep the item on that account and use it on that account.

Cheers for post and niceeee does it show stats? or just going off looks alone, personally think reasonable price for ticket for what you may get either way it's rare for however long

Every Wednesday, not sure of the time though  

Yeah the time was what I was trying to figure out I'm not sure it's every Wednesday though, last one started on Friday and ended on Wednesday this one is starting on Sunday. Anyway the winners were posted already.  

Suprised no ones posted this but I guess I will even though I think everyone in the server has seen it :
