Just wondering if anyone thinks it's a good idea? Been seeing some posts about people having upload issues, I think it's time to clear things up again

what? its been clearly stated you cant have the little bandana things. Theres a thread with the rules anyway.  

I dont know if the rules ever changed, but having clearer rules is always nice.

But there is a problem with inconsistency between different staff (a problem that's already been discussed concerning events). It takes 5 tries to upload a gif image that I know has no problems.  

Five years or more this has been a known issue. Just nothing has been done about it (regardless of the minimal amount of time it would take to write out publicly).
