Idk why it makes the background pink cuz its supposed to be transparent EH.  

You need to work on your anatomy, I prefer using reference photos since the arms dont look like arms they look like they dont have structure and weight.

I'm assuming it isn't supposed to look like Cyclops. The reason that it does is that the eye is placed too close to the bridge of the nose. If you backed it up and maybe narrowed the eye a little bit to emphasize the sideways angle, it would look much more anatomically correct. I love your work. Your linear flow is fantastic but you need work on how to use your lines correctly.
