Naming schemes and altered looks (the M) such as this are why Nintendo can't do anything. Look at the bomberman (hoodie boy, I mean) pet, it doesn't exactly look like him.

But there are also some things that don't need alterations. Nintendo can't copyright a wizards hat and collar. Nor do they own the rights to a platformer that doesn't feature anything made by Nintendo, but has similar gameplay to a Mario game. Pacman is the same.

but anyways isnt this copyrights i mean you cant even upload pokemon / mario costumes you can see it in the iera's upload website and i think its the same for classic ?
