My brother was trying to buy a gralat pack, it didn't send for 5 minutes. Was it just lag?

I mean, the process of taking money out of an account isn't instant. It eventually went through, though? If so, I don't really see much of a problem. |

This sometimes happens. I had it happen before but if it doesn't send or it bugs out. Nothing can be done. You can send a ticket but they ask you to post a picture of the receipt. How in the living world you do that without having the option to upload an image with the report is beyond me. I had is happen before when I bought an 8000 gralat pack.So I sent a ticket, they emailed me saying I should've put a receipt on it. I messaged them the reciept with email. It was literally last year in March I done all this. And they finally gave me the gralat pack last month which I wasn't even expecting anymore and forgot. Or I assume it was linked to that incident when I got 8000 gralats due to it'/ the only explanation I have for it.
