Pictures don't count as proof because anyone can change their name and look to someone else, likewise, staff won't warp you in for several reasons.

No way to know if someone was disconnected or left and just wants back in nor does the fault fall on the staff if you were disconnected - this applies to everyone.

Apologies but you'll have to make sure to take more precaution next GST.
