Feels to me like the report system requires multiple reports on a single player in order to catch the eye of an admin when/if they are online. Single reports rarely seem to have any effect, but if there's a dozen people reporting the same issue (for example) it often gets noticed/attended to.

Nah, all reports eventually gets viewed. I have all admins on my friends list, everytime report a player, I explain the reason and shows his chat if needed. If there is an admin online, the player gets banned. However, sometimes they don't ban him which made me wonder why. So, one time there was a hacker in the guild spar room who made guild lose points. Both Dread and Snow noob were online, everyone in the room reported the guy but nothing happened. I pm'ed Dread and Snow noob explaining the situation to them. Dread said he was busy with something but, he will go check out (since it was probably more serious that what he was doing). After few minutes Snow noob replied to me saying she is busy with something, and that an admin is checking out the hacker (must be dread).
So basically if you report someone while an admin is online and nothing happened, Then they're busy with something else like viewing toonslab tickets? Or checking uploads? I don't really know but, viewing reports isn't their only job. Therefore, if it was a serious situation (a hacker who is streaking could be a goid example) and there was no was respond from your report, then pm an online admin if found.

3/4 of the gp team are noobs who have have been afk in graal city for at least half of their hours, why have a team of gps who are meant to support and monitor a game when we have literally no way of contacting or knowing who Is even a gp. The excuse that no one was online would be quite a fair excuse if it was the first or even the second time, but this happens ok such a regular basis and even when there are admins present a lot of the time they don't even do non about it.
How many times have I reported someone hacking and had to instead message an online gp directly and non was done about it?
It's at the point where if I see somehow hacking I just stop playing and go off for an hour. I understand that recruiting people with multiple bans can obviously lead to bad results. But when you relate employing someone for a real job your concern should be how mainly they will behave and performe at work , I don't think recruiting someone people with a few bans would be that bad as long as they haven't been banned recently and someone monitors their gp account to ensure they are sticking to what they are meant to be doing

The problem is there aren't any GP's besides iherc who actually understand what speeding and other hacks look like. Often when you ask a GP (like me asking dual to come and deal with a bunch of speeders on the same guild tag in the right GS room and never actually getting a reply or any help to begin with) you will never receive any help at all unless they are active and willing to listen to your issue.

Hiring people based off a personality test is one of the most pointless things you can do to find the right people, when you consider that you could literally make up anything about yourself and submit it as an answer. (tl;dr the application you fill out is terrible)

For an example of how easy it is to lie about yourself and how you'd deal with certain situations look at past bad GP's (only a minor group but still a very good example) Soren, Yuri, Raina and Andromeda.

I feel the best way to find a good GP with game knowledge and experience is to find them for certain areas of the game, having a GP like iherc that knows a thing or two about what someone cheating looks like even if it isn't blatant is really helpful when it comes to dealing with people who cheat to take advantage of others.
