Help plz :?

Last night my sister uploaded a body and it got accepted.

Admins took the money and my sister got the body.

But for some reason whenever she tries to put on her new upload it wouldn't work.

I thought it was just a lag, but after trying on her other bodies we find that they work perfectly fine.

It's just her new upload that doesn't work :/

Can anyone plz tell us what's wrong and how we can get this fixed :?

Try restarting either your device or the app. Maybe redownload the app?

Have her try an android or apple device. See if that changes anything. Just have her delete her device altogether and get a new one.

Unsure of what has caused it, but it can be fixed by refunding the broken file.

If this is still an issue you can have her message my staff account in-game about the broken upload and I will look into it.

It's my understanding that the server had a hiccup and the body uploaded incorrectly, or some ****. Since you cannot equip the body, you have to contact an admin to have it removed and then reupload it.

I had this happen with a head. You must send a ticket to toonslab.ask for a full refund since the body didn't work and they will do it. Or probably it was before toonslab got hacked and they decided that since they got hacked they never have to do tickets again or respond I guess.
