Digging percentage
does anyone noticed that the digging percentage has been reduced? I mean I ussually dig with 30 shovels and get 5,000+ gralats but when the mushroom job was released my 30 shovels can just dig 3,000+ or even lesser. I also noticed that the shovels has been easily broken compared to the past. Can anyone comment in this thread of mine and tell me if you guys did noticed it too so that i will know if this is true or it is just my account that had the problem.TYVM

The average per shovel for me was 250 so around 20k profit for 100 shovels. I'll have to check again. I have been digging recently and got around 12k with 60 shovels I believe. Edit: Maybe they have I just got about 140 and barley 100 on another run not including shovel cost.

Same thing happened to iClassic. New features used as a coverup to decreased shelling rates. I've been noticing an decline in income also; I used about 10 shovels and sold all of the shells for 1.1k. What is this?

Yes u are right, shoveling now gives u like 30% less shells,so this means ppl will spent more time getting money (which i find pretty boring) for a gun,instead of having fun pking or raiding bases. So yeah it sucks. Tnx to all admins that make this possible,just because your marketing skills sucks,all of iera players have to pay the consequences. |

More like, people will now buy packs. Which leads to more BARs. ): And it's not marketing. Marketing is advertising and promoting. We do have to understand that Eurocenter does need to make a profit, while keeping the servers up and running. There must be other alternatives though, such as raising the amount of Gralats per pack. More people would buy packs, while some would keep shelling. It's a matter of choice that way. There was a huge thread before on iClassic by Maikeru which brought up the iClassic version of this issue (decreased Gralat spawns). I'll try to find it for you guys. Wow, I can't believe Stefan and Unix mad would try this kind of crap on iEra. It annoyed me when they did this to classic but now Stefan and unix mad have gone too far. They really need to rethink their business strategy.

Then you are missing the big picture.I know what marketing is thats why i mention it; If Eurocenter advertises iEra better the game would have more downloads=more profits for eurocenter,i mean have u seen the overall downloads of Iera plus? is like 12,000+ those are low numbers for game thats been around for a year. And yes they do need to profit to keep the game running,but this is not the way. Now i could get more into the profit of the game subject but thats extensive.Eurocenter way of making money is even bad for themselves. Selling a good quality game for just 2 dollars?It feels more like a freemium scam. Dont get me wrong i like the game,but the way they want to profit from the game is wrong and slow from the get go. |

Everyone is probably feed backing the increases rate again... They need to add back video ads or whatever they had before that give us gralats or rewards. That way they also get revenue from advertising companies. Let's be realistic almost every player pays 2 dollars and then paying for additional features at least 2 dollars+. Some of us also buy packs when we are extremely lazy. Is this not enough? There are so many free MMOs on the app store such as the legend games where they put the player first. STS doesn't even make you pay a one time fee to have the full benefits of the game. They make the advertising companies pay for the players. Not the players shelling out unreasonable amounts of money or time to get one item.

Marketing =/= In-Game Prices. And the reason it's so cheap is so people would actually buy the game. People wouldn't buy a $9.99 game, addicting or not, because they haven't played the game themselves. Once they download the free game, and THEN figure out how addicting it is, THATs when people start buying packs. That is good marketing. In-game prices.. Not so much, on the players behalf at least. |
