Hello Zideuric.First of all, i wish you luck in getting your account back, because youre going to need it if you expect anything helpful from the abysmal iclassic support system. It seems like not only has the toonslab support site ceased to read or respond to tickets, it also seems like devs and GPs have sorta given up on trying to help in these situations. I’ve lost two accounts in my time playing iClassic. One from 2012 and one from 2015. I didnt get any type of help or even an official response with both. The latter, (my 2015 account) was lost in a similar manner to yours. Tried logging onto graal, and it kept giving a weird message. Later on I tried logging onto graal again from a new device and when i tried to identify, it told me there was no email attached to this account. I tried “Create account” to see if it would put me into the account but to no avail. I believe something similar happened to pt, with his 40k win account. I wish i could help you, cause if im not mistaken you’re referencing an account with 20k wins and items youve probably had for awhile. It probably sucks to lose it, but the best you can do is contact all staff you possibly can about it, keep this thread bumped and hope for the best. I hope you can get your account back quickly and without any difficulties. Good luck agaib. |

This happened to me in 2014, I had to create a new account, but in April just of curiosity, I tried logging back in and it let me. But now those items are stuck there, so kiss all of your items goodbye if you still cannot get into the account. Or make a new one and see where you go from there is all I can really say.

Something like 11k-3k and a ton of hats, 8-10gst hats and a bunch of hats and items i bought with real money. Pretty sure it's gone though, and I know from past experience that the support ticket will go unanswered. So if a mod would like to close this thread that would be great. |
