I bought $40 worth of bitcoin four years ago (0.033 BTC) and the value appreciated to $500. Unfortunately, the company I stored my bitcoins in (Vircurex) engages in shady business practices and I can’t transfer my bitcoins to another provider. Still trying to this day to transfer the coins, but I’m losing hope.  

Had a friend who put $500 into Litecoin just before it crashed lul  

Still learning it all. Stupidly put $50 in bitcoin a month-ish ago. Put $70 in litecoin too but thats gone down quite a bit. Was making a nice profit for a while. My mate has started putting more in Ethereum and is currently making a small profit. (AUD)  

I bought $20 of noobcoin in 2010, waiting for old man dragon and delteria to make me rich.

would have been perfect to buy low after the 2015 graal market crash. it's slowly been building itslelf back of as of late but I'd still hold until a few days after the game is released when it will be at max value.

If you think that's bad, in 2013 i sold my .366 of a bitcoin for $405.76 that i had collected in 2011 from free bitcoin sites (plus tor) and an now dead online bitcoin casino that used flash.... didn't spend a dime.

anyways that's worth $5652.67 as of the time of posting this.

Goodluck getting your $500 out of Vircurex, by way by now you should also have 0.033 worth of bitcoin cash as well thanks to the fork (i think)  

 

I'm afraid of throwing any money at it with the uncertainty of its economic stability.

I remember my Youtube recommendation getting flooded with Bitcoins stuff in like 2013. Idk why people are discovering this now. I thought we all have seen this stuff.
