Today, an admin had called me a "catfish" in chance. I said, why would you call me that? They said "it was a joke, don't you have humour?" i said that is no way to treat a loyal member of the community, that has done nothing to you. Now i was extremely upset that this person, which i won't name had said this about me. Yet wouldn't apologise either.

So i made a status about this, and i got jailed for vulgarity. When i hadn't been vulgar to anyone at all. Or been vulgar in general.

The jailtime was 21 hours, and after being unjailed i messaged this admin, asking why they had done it. They then laughed.

I will not "submit this to toonslab", i will not "message another admin" because they simply don't care. This is what i have to deal with on a daily basis about my sexuality. And when someone you think has your back, an admin. They turn around and say something like this about you in public? When i declare in my status that this is wrong, i get jailed for Vulgarity?

I asked wingsfield, and he hasn't replied, i'm assuming he doesn't care. I would like to have this situation sorted cause i feel really harassed, and abused.

Sorry for making this post - but i have no other option. Please no negative feedback, i just want this to be dealt with cause it simply isn't right.

In most cases http://support.toonslab.com/ will be able to resolve your issue. In the case that you know the staff member and if you have a feeling they are doing something they should not be doing you can contact the a staff member with a higher title in game. It is usually best not to confront the staff member that seems to be doing something wrong.

It is odd if a staff member does that because a staff member should be acting professional at all times. It is not good to joke around with random people.

As homelesswitch has a past with me, not liking me she will never read my tickets. I've sent many in over the past and she just simply doesn't help. This is why i refuse to take it out on a ticket, as it just isn't cared about.

You may feel that way but every situation is investigated. You need to be sure you are always honest. In the rare case that a staff member becomes abusive there will be logged proof eventually which will be their downfall. I would suggest also taking screenshots or recording if a staff member is saying odd things to you.

In addition it is very possible hw is not even the person reviewing your tickets.

I spoke to an admin on west, he said the same thing you did! Thanks and will keep an eye on my screenshot button when they next pop up
