yeah its been like that since late Jan, and I find it pretty unnecessary cuz they can just keep giving 3 tickets instead of hats. Then again I think its intentionally cuz you win 3 for 150, so you can get 20-30 tickets in 7-10 rounds with only 1500g. While getting 25-30 for 1 ticket you'll have to waste 3750-4500g to get a prize on circus

I'll be honest I absolutely hate the hats you win from Carnival. I hate whoever invented such idea.

When you go and do carnival events. It takes a while for each carnival event to pop up. You then got to get in. If you don't you wait for the next one. Then you got to try and beat 20 other people for 3 tickets. If not you get 1.

This takes a while to do, So when you get in and if you're lucky to win you do want the tickets. Because it just takes way too long to do every event. It's impossible to win every one of them. Especially when you got things to do irl like go to work like me or something else. I feel if they put these hats in the game they should be like every other hat where you have the choice to buy it. It's completely a pain in the rear to get them.  

Yep. Win once and you get a hat. Subsequent wins yield 3 tickets. I've got like 12 of these damn ugly sunglasses/cigarette combos. The two tone color thing is just dumb.

Idk who's drawing the carnival hats, but they need to be better quality. Have you seen the new 'halo' ? Probably took 15 minutes to draw.
