Since 2012-2013, CTF has been gone. I assume the main reason is due to PK boosting. I think the solution to this is easy. Make a MoD tower-like structure: when dead, you warp to a place where NO ONE except your own teammates can reach you.

Otherwise, CTF should come back. The prize should be gralats per every win.

I thought it was removed not for boosting kills (srsly who cares about pk) but more so because there was a glitch to get 99 free bombs.  

I'm not sure why it was ever closed. Devs fixed boosting by prohibiting kills in areas where the player count was high. They could have simply introduced that same idea into CTF if boosting was an issue. If there was a glitch, it may have been exploited like 4-Lom said.

Someone needs to explain to me how CTF was. I haven't been around that long. Was it like what others have been doing in their homes with the vases and respawn thing from castle?  

99 free bombs, Wow. Good Lord shame on anyone not willing to spend 45 gralats to get 90 bombs. That it would take probably same amount of time to perform the glitch as it would to get the gralats... Shame on them.... Plus this is graal. They remove more good things then they do ...keep them or add them....expect it back? I wouldn't

It's not like players care about pking rn . Sure we had many pkers back in the day but everyone is either sparring, pming friends or hanging out with their guild. It would be great if this event came back with a new and improved version

If i remember correctly it cost 10 gralats to enter, and you would be brought into a pretty decently sized area full of trees, a river, some ridges and other stuff. at the top of the screen i think there was like a display of the score that would pop up when you entered, and when you entered it would change your slot colors to the color of ur team. (it was red vs blue if i remember).

As for respawners and vases, its somewhat similar. It was an actually scripted version though, so rather then holding a vase you'd actually have a flag and you could lose it and whatnot. For respawning, once you died you respawned somewhere yeah. But obviously the quality was higher then the stuff in ppls houses just cause there were actual scripts for it
