Also no, just because you upload content to a graal server doesn't mean graal then gains copyright. Considering in order for them to do that they would need to place it in the upload page that they would own it and gain copyright over the material. It is also not stated anywhere in any terms of service that any uploaded or related that uploaded graphics made by players become owned by graal. Because of this uploading graphics in legal terms works like a small contract where you are allowed to upload graphics and have them in game as long as whoever in graal accepts it. According to copyright laws if whoever made whatever graphics as long as those graphics was completely original and made by you at the point you say it is done you automatically gain copyright over it. So yes. You technically could sue Billy for ifiling your body if he didn't have permission to use it even on graal. Online reason people don't do that is because it's incredibly expensive and most the people on graal don't know or took government classes. And it's difficult to do. Many people have been sued over similar things in other games that allow you to upload your content to the game. |

Actually, yes. Any content uploaded to any graal server, becomes Graal's property. This is a failsafe for say, if Billy staffed a playerworld, made 99% of the things they used, and then got into a massive fight with PW staff or something, Billy couldn't destroy the server by taking all of his **** because he made most of the content used. Sure, you could technically try to sue Billy, but I'm not sure what court would actually review that case. And Billy would be able to argue fair use, considering he edited the piece as well as stole it. |

And probably any court would,Billy would need to make extreme changes if he edited it so it doesn't resemble the original. Fair use isn't entirely true, fair use could somewhat help. But I doubt in legal terms it would matter since it does not allow the original maker to completely remove their content which in a way hurts the contract. Since uploads work more like contracts then they do anything else. Which would mean a different legal thing could come up. So yes, ifiling is technically illegal.only reason people don't sue each other is because they either deal with it or don't want to spend 200-400 dollars every few others to talk to lawyers |

No. Graal would be technically securing it's assets. No. Custom uploads are in no way, shape, or form a contract. It is a service provided by a server to you. The fact that you can even refund uploads is benevolent.
Also, do you even think out your responses? Or do you just string a bunch of meaningless **** you believe is true together and then tl;dr it with "So yes, it is technically exactly what I say." So yes, any ifile protection is irrelevant and would be more work than its worth. |

Yes, Uploads work like a contract, more specifically, A implied contract. Where graal allows you to submit GFX despite not working for graal and in return allows you to have it in game without any legal issues. This is same thing for Minecraft skins and ect almost all forms of online media like example Roblox clothes and so on. As long as Graal (Admins,Devs, Ect) allow it and you allow it on game. It's allowed making it an implied contract of use on game. The "service" is more of a contract for allowing it to be used on game more than you seem to think. It also doesn't matter if it was made for a game or not. Theft, Even online goods or items is still theft. Even if it has no market value. It is still theft. Fair use doesn't help Billy unless he made major changes where it is no longer noticeable from the original. Copyright mainly covers the following. (Criticism, News reporting, Parody, research, education). Even all the small gray areas i don't see it being allowed if you ifiled someone. And yes I think about my responses, it isn't my fault if you never took government classes. Or seemed to pay attention to it. I feel like you'd be one of those people who think our detector test are actually legitimate or that you can't be arrested if Police don't read you you're rights |
