Bug Reporting [2016-20XX] - 60

There's an odd invisible wall at a level junction directly south east from castle (by the bridge). Players on both PC and mobile are getting stuck.

According to some of the players, sometimes they don’t get tickets after winning the carvinal event even tho they get the message “congratulations you have got x ticketd”
Also apparently the windows don’t count to their stats either.
Come to this about i’m confident that I have won a couple of carvinal events but I have got “0” in my stats. I did get my tickets tho. At least for most, I don’t really pay attention.

If they haven't done so already, they can visit support.toonslab.com and explain this. They may be able to retrieve their missing tickets by doing so.

I experienced this exiting Graal City, right around the tree / daycare building. It seemed to either resolve itself or I went around that connection.

Something is definitely wrong with the PM inbox. When I log on, I always have a maximum of 3 offline PMs. Doesnt matter if I log off for 5 days or 3 months, when I come back only 3 PMs are waiting there. I lose a lot of offline PMs from friends because the 3 most recent noobs to send random offline messages are the only thing I will see when I log on. Nothing else shows in PM History either.

you can get a yellow gem by killing pyrats too, it's not a bug..

There's still that bug in houses and guild houses where message pops up and says: "Are u still there"? Which annoys me soo much...

Unfortunately, That isn't a bug. That's classic's terrible fail at trying to stop macro users, Which ironically can be bypassed by using a macro(The irony am i right?) Which to me is absolutely hilarious. So really i guess you can say that message is just to annoy non-Macro users and people who play fairly.
