Halloween Candy disparity
Just go check the leaderboard and you’ll see this freakish disparity What the heck is that all about? Is that intended? Or has the Halloween event been pushed into a corner and beaten to death by some clever players? Just looks a little funky to me |

I respect people who play hard but, this is way way beyond that It’s a system, like counting cards |

Yes, it is a system. They position noob accounts around the map and track which trick or treaters come out, then they race around to them. It's unfair and has been an issue since this event was conceived.

Ah hell man, I don’t wanna play like that Sounds like brain cancer to me Would an event based candy system work better? Could use the ol Canival tent system and reward candy instead I’m sure there must be a way to balance it out a bit

The problem with the noob account thing is that it isnt exactly against the rules either, no one can stop you from having multiple accounts logged in, even if you own all of them.

No one accused your guild buddies. Aside from that, how would you know that no one is doing that in a group of people? More to the point - if you have 50 people camped out (full roster) is it not kind of the same thing? Pretty effective, honestly. The issue is more the event design in relation to the game world's small layout, as opposed to anything 'wrong' that players are doing. In fact, as players, I see it as our job to find the most efficient way to tear down the obstacles put up to get the rewards. |

This isn’t for calling out players or guilds This is for getting something fixed that’s obviously not working properly

The event is working fine. It's stupidly tedious and dull, but it works. Imagine having to work to get free hats. |

It doesn’t, when 200 people are using a system and the rest are just slugging it out, it isn’t working at all When the gap between the mid list and top is that different you’ve got issues and some form of system abuse. I get it, you folks like how easy it is but... at least make it fair to all players Not just the veteran top tier Now let’s talk next year, how can we prevent this in the future? |
