Problem with RC for macOS

Wasn't too sure where to post this. Didn't want to spam up the general dev forum. Just recently my RC and Graal6 started creating "New Windows" as Tabs instead of a New Window, within Graal or RC. See attached photos. macOS 10.14.2.

Thought it could have been this checkbox in Finder Preferences, but this isn't the problem.

Bump.

Already tried re-installing, seems like a incompatibility with the OS. Windows via Bootcamp it is.
