Sounds like a cry for trade tables, to me.

Hats & mounts, anyway. Would be a start.

imagine getting perm banned because someone accidently green flags their table full of nice items and you just walk up and accept it.  

Same thing happens with food that people spend thousands on. Except no one gets banned for it. Just some one gets a really fancy meal.
