Guild Caught Cheating Punishment

yo! i just want to ask what would be the punishment of the guild caught cheating.
I have encountered this guild were one of there member using collision and speed hack just to gain advantage in towering. I gave them warning to stop it but there leader quoted; "REPORT THEN ADMIN DON'T CARE THO".

Should they be disband, reset towering hours or disabled in towering for days?
