I was logging onto my account on pc just fine every time I logged in, up until earlier this afternoon when I started having problems. When I logged in I was greeted with not being identified, which was strange in of itself, but what was even stranger was that despite my efforts to identify and verify my account, both of which I did repeatedly and got the usual response that my verification passed. Difference is this time whenever I went back to graal my game would blackscreen, until it eventually closed and once I opened it again I would be back in balamb unidentified. I'm unsure of what to make of this, is this happening to anyone else? Mobile graal (IOS) works just fine for me, but I can't seem to log onto pc.

Tried this but the problem persisted, unsure of what to do at this point. I've contacted Toonslab via email for help on the situation, I'll just wait for a response from them I guess. Thank you nonetheless.  

Had this happen to me before. My account was unidentified on all devices randomly. I just waited a day and I was able to identify on PC.  

That was some strange bug.  

it's been about 5 days since this problem started occurring for me, it hasn't been fixed since then and it's still happening. Though using Graal through facebook seems to work for some reason, so I guess I'll just cope with that for now.  

Things I'd reccomend:
Changing browsers
Facebook gameroom to play graal on (Small download time,much more responsive and less laggy than browser facebook)
clearing cache
resetting ur router
