There is a bug with that ^^ on PC after the shield is removed it does become invisible. But sometimes it comes back again and you can see it then invisible again then it comes back again etc.
i’m not sure if that applies to all removed shields or just the green shield I have discussed once in this thread, since it’s the only removed shield I have in my saved shields collection. Not sure if it’s only a PC problem too.

I think that's the often discussed caching issue at work, but I could be mistaken.

Balloon shields in general aren't allowed as there are balloon items that we sell.

"No images acting as in-game items or tiles".

I've merged your thread with the uploading guide I posted since it is related to the uploading rules.

When public shields are removed, the shield becomes invisible.

This body is now denied but this was accepted last months before I refunded it again. Cloak is much like cape, except its knotted and they deny as acting like a scarf, lmfao seriously, and the spiked shoulders that "looks" like Shoulderpads and I compared it, not much like shoulderpads and I can't unsee it; I never realized that its much "like" the shoulderpads accessory we see.

There's a lot going on visually, I could see how someone would look at it and think it had shoulder pads but it's fine.

I encountered those problems while uploading a shield:
If I uploaded the shield as public:
PS: The file doesn't have the filename as shown in the pic

If I uploaded the shield as personal:

The image above I have no idea what 0 means

Couple things to check:
Make sure no periods are being used in the filename.
Confirm your file is either a png or a gif.

If both of these things are not the issue, try saving your file with a different program.

Edit: Turns out it was a dimensions problem. Submitting it now should display the correct dimensions instead of 0.

Turns out that you have a six hour grace period in which you can refund an upload for full price.

Also, the grace period for full refunds on gif uploads has now ended. It's been a few months now I believe, but if you still have one with a visible background or some other issue contact staff and we can refund it (as long as that issue would have meant it getting denied in the first place!).

Hi i would like to report this although it's not in-game bug,it's concerning the upload system.
I upload a shield that's name DOES NOT start with classic_personal. But then it keeps saying this;
I tried renaming it five times already and relogging chrome,even tried uploading on another device but the same thing happens

This isn't a WebGL issue so I've moved it to the uploading guide - try putting "shield" somewhere in the filename and see if that fixes it.

I'm assuming nothing has changed to the upload guidelines but lately i've seen a lot more backpack/weapon uploads on bodies. Of course I've been reporting them but hours or even days later I still see those players with their uploads and yes staff are on when I report them.
