I updated my house shortly after the 10th anniversary event came out. Feedback/suggestions are welcome!


I've been gradually adding the flowers as the shop rotates.


The inside has every single old and new Japanese Nexus food item (got/had them all myself). Some are under the walls on the conveyor belt, which actually does move the plates!

All of this is just incredible. This is exactly the kind of creativity I like to see. Everything is fantastic with the exterior.
My only nitpick is with the Graals in the pond. They seem out of place, I think they'd look better on a stand of some sort instead of just atop the water.

The interior is also amazing. This is exactly what I love to see.

My only small nitpick is the balloons. They also seem out of place and either need to be removed or relocated and put around a proper and creative display. The placement of the PK sword statue is also questionable. Other than that, this is fantastic!  

I completely agree on the balloons and PK statue being out of place. I'm a little nervous to move the balloons since they're no longer for sale.

I'll give it a shot later and update my post.

Any ideas for what could be put in the pond? It seems pretty empty as it is, so at the very least I'd like something to replace the Graals.

It is, although sometimes the plates end up stacked for some reason. Originally, I had them all spaced so every other conveyor had a plate.

I've updated my original post with the inside that no longer has the balloons or the pk statue. The balloons are safely stashed away in my guild house, and the pk statue is hidden somewhere. If you don't want to look back, here it is:

Thoughts? Pond looks very empty to me, and I'm not sure what to put in it.

I don't mind the pond looking empty and the way it is. With the way you've classed up everything around with flowers and garden stuff, it compliments the normal pond, since this pond has lily pads in it, which is something special with the house. If you want, you could try constructing a boat, or make the pond inaccessible to make it seem more special.

I still think the Graals stand out a little too much atop the house. I'd try something subtle, like hiding them around a bit and surrounding them with the flowers and greenery.

People will see them hidden around and still understand their significance.

Another idea would be to put the blue one near the pond, the green one around some interesting trees or flowers, yellow around some rocks, and red around a fire, torch, fireplace, or something warm or hot. Putting the Graals near their respectable elements really wouldn't be too difficult for blue, green, and yellow. With red, you may have to be more creative.

My house, i want make several collections in it

 

I was inspired by two movies here. The first was Charlie Chaplin's "Modern Times" - specifically the scene where the tramp gets caught in the big clock with the gears shifting all around him. The second movie was the documentary on over consumption called Samsara. The design was such that as you progress through the maze of moving and dangerous parts, you repeatedly trigger pets getting pulled into the machine to be made into plates of food.

The inside was not super special, but included a password brick that required you to hit or shoot all four target dummies outside to get the password and become "employee of the month."

I'll be making something a little less morbid now
