So I had some problem in the game and I reported it to toonslab but why does it say that we have sent it to the zone email but the mistake is in ol'west  

When you submit a ticket request, there is a drop down menu asking you which server the issue in your ticket is about. Did you select the proper one or is it possible you may have chose the wrong one?
