Is there a place where I can submit an admin application?

Don't know if this is where I ask and I apologize if it is not.

I've been in the community for quite a while (2012) and always been interested in becoming an admin in this comfort game of mine. There was an application on a website a couple years back which I believe is not in use anymore. I am efficient in computer science and C++ and pretty good at promoting so the game can flourish.

Is there a website or google form in which I can apply to or is it officially closed?
