Hello I am looking for some assistance recently got back after about a year and I can no longer access my email which i thought i knew the password too, and was signed into my account but accidently removed the app thinking i could jst b able to log into my email to click approve

I no longer have my older device which was logged into the email and looking for help I have proof its my account and could anwser questions just don't know how to go about it rn
