Guys, stop turning this thread into blaming others GFXin game. The mortal combat one, thats too broad. Is pixel count is too small it can easily be viewed as ironic resemblence.

Obviously my two examples have many identical features. The only reason i care is because my gohan head was refunded because of copyright. And so i dont see why my GFX arent alowed on the system but some sleezy copy/paster's is allowed on public heads.


Hell, why dont we just get rid of the stupid copyright system. Like I have said long ago, call of duty: black ops has emblems of dragon balls, spongebob characters, my little pony, ecct ect on profiles and has never ever had a lawsuit about it. Same goes for the online game roblox (i played like 3 years ago) players upload "decals" of copyrighted logo's all the time and its perfectly fine. Im no lawyer but i just dont see whats wrong about this. As long as the players head is HIS OWN WORK (as in he drew it), then there is no copyright problem. Or graal could make you sign a terms & conditions saying what you upload to the server is your responsibility and any copyright infringment is here by fully responsible by the uploder and eurocenter does not take ownership of players uploded work.

No cause it looks ugly that's an insult to Ed boon . I guess you should look up on YouTube and see some of the parodys they make long as it doesn't breach copyright and also the person below is a YouTube partner. Just classic doesn't agree with many of it uploads which seems an idle match to copyright material.

So basically, something that an uploader can spot copyright from a mile away rather than trying to find a resemblance to it..

And because it looks ugly does not mean it gets a free ticket to uploading... How could i have found an easy comparison like that but your group of uploaders can't?

And EgoRaptor makes these animations for free... With proper credits to their respective owners... This is a SELLING POINT.. This is basically charging players to upload copyrighted material.. In real cash..

But im not gonna rant further and give you point straight: You just keep doing your job.. I spotted out a direct comparison.. And telling me its ugly or its got no shading doesn't make it look any different than what it is... Good luck on your uploading job..

If you're gonna reply back with poor professionalism, just avoid this post and leave the topic dead as is. I only just spotted a direct/similar comparison and you argued with me for 2-3 posts that it doesn't look anything like it.. When it does (only that its missing a few tiny details to it)

Well read above your post. The only reason it was bough to attention is cause his head was ignored and you seem to be in the same category. If we allowed everyone heads to be uploaded none of you would have a issue now wouldn't it? Simple I'm not a uploader but I do however make images for ingame as dusty once pointed it out about copyright material and what is not most of you continue to bash about it on another thread, so seeing another one come about just going to continue to keep coming. All a player can do is point it out and if the uploaders or even managers of the server decide its fate then it will be handle. I agree with the two heads the op posted but not this one that looks nothing close to reptile even if mk 2011 was pixeled. Not just cause of details but I could picture that head to be the shark guy from naruto with a mask and green. But if it bothers u that much guess someone will try to look into it.  

Those heads wasn't made yesterday by a graalian that still play Graal. Maybe they were made 2002? Do you then still think that the player still play Graal and you can complain to him?

If the graphic looks vaguely like the original, they are 100% safe to upload it. They aren't going to be sued over what you posted...
