It's called ban evasion. Most online games will ban for ban evasion.

Kain it seems like you don't understand. YOU broke the rules. You got banned for it. Going on another account to continue playing is evading your ban, which is also against the rules. A month is a little harsh though I must say  

I don't get why they'd ban you for wearing a shield, but a ban is a punishment for you not your account, I do think getting a month ban for evading a 4 hour ban is a little harsh though, but it should teach a lesson.  

So many players complaining means something needs to be done  

I do think they should shorten the ban a tad, but next time do not avoid bans.

He diden't know what he was even doing wrong.

I would have made the exact same mistake he did. except I don't use shields except my own and I wasn't on that day.

Did you even invested time reading what i explained, or did you just read the title and thought "oh no just another kid which is complaining about his ban"?
What would you do, if i have a searious problem and maybe found a bay in the general knowledge of the community?

And I accepted that. Its ridiculous how my 4h ban on my main account is over and i cant play on it because of my inconsolable mistake. Maybe there are the same rules on another mmorpg´s but for my bad i dont play any other.

*evading it unconsciously. The 4h teached me a lesson to not wear the shield, the messed up 1 month teached me how blind the ban system is and how unnoticed those rules are

They should completly remove it and make a little post in the news about to not log into another account while your banned. Cant be that hard and i definetly wont log into my non-vip again when im banned.  

Ignorance is not an excuse. Just because you didn't read the rules doesn't excuse you from breaking them.

Kendama has a fair point. There should be an extensive page of rules for both Classic iPhone and Era iPhone. But I honestly think that doing what Kain did was just stupid and he deserves his "ban", if you can call it that.

I don't play enough to say where the rules may or may not be, but that's not my issue. If you use that as justification, then even hackers may say "well I didn't know I couldn't hack, and I don't see any rules anywhere!!!" Where is this line for what rules are common sense and what are not get drawn?

I'm not a GP, all I'm saying is that ignorance is never an excuse for breaking any rules. Whether or not they have made rules easily found is not my problem, though it is a problem if they're not somewhere easily accessible.

If they happen a lot then most people know about them, and that gives them no reason for playing the dumb card.
