Well, someone griefed my house too.

I had 2 redstone lamps, that were stolen.
They were then replaced with stupid glowstone.
Whoever did this should really be banned, i mean, i did all my house and i find stuff missing. At least banned for like a weekend or something.  

I'd imagine whoever has done this is the one doing it to everyone... The main item taken is glowstone. And occasionally, other items that have rare stuff used to craft them...

I am pretty ticked off... someone keeps griefing my shop... Today, I walking into my shop and found the following gone:
1. 3 Glowstone Lamps
2. 2 Glass
3. Glowstone
4. Juke box
This isn't the first time I've had something griefed. In my Barn, someone broke in and killed my animals. They also had stolen my Glowstone too.

Those who are griefing my stuff, and others stuff, STOP.

You will get caught eventually and banned from the server. The Server rules clearly state: No Griefing.

My shop will most likely never open now. While I was afk, I died and lost all of my stuff. (The stuff I was going to use to fix the Shop and the stuff I was going to sell in the shop. (About 4 stacks of 64 each item) Since whoever griefed my Shop broke the glass, so, a mob got in while I was afk. The Shop was going to eventually have every item for a good price and a good sell amount. I had visions for this to be the "Big Market" where everyone would come and sell/buy stuff there. I also wanted to make it the "NPC Market" were it'd be basically run by the Server. So basically, no one would be making a prophet off of items being bought, but, players could make money without running other player dry of their own money (when selling items and such).
So, thanks for ruining my plans of my "Big Market" selling stuff for a reasonable price. I'll be going back to making more of my houses and working on a town with someone else.

How's it feel to be griefed? Karma's a bitch isn't it.
But judging from this Matt, get logblock. That's the smart thing to do.

WHY DID I GET GRIEFED?

-Because last time I installed LogBlock it lagged the server tremendously and caused several crashes and didn't really back anything up due to the slowness of the MySQL server (which was online). If anybody knows a good local MySQL server please tell me. I'll try to set this up tomorrow. Note: When I do set it up I'm not telling anybody, so who knows when it will be turned on; better be on the safe side and not grief! You've been warned.

-Because GroupManager isn't cooperating with me. It's been abandoned anyways so tomorrow I'll be installing a new plugin called "PEX" to deal with GroupManagers. Perhaps with a bit of luck it will be running tomorrow night.

It's really nice. Usually I don't like texture packs because they're too serious or something but that one is just great. I recommend you try it out whether or not you're used to texture packs :p

Server Plans:

• Get LogBlock working ASAP to control griefers
• Add more towns and regions to basically phase out PVP
• However, add PVP Leaderboards
• Add this mod to have arenas where players can fight mobs together for fun (no $ reward but possibly a block one)
• Add an anti-xray mod to ban those idiots who are. This will be done without warning so you'd better stop now as I'm planning on installing it tonight.
• Add this mod where players can stage wars run by OPs.
• Add some sort of Guild Mod
• Set this up real quick sometime.
• And finally, add the new permissions system. There will be three ranks: settlers, builders, and veterans. Veterans will be rare and have the right to place fire, special particle effects, and even NPCs.

Lol in that case you should be able to log in :p

Just to clear something up, the ranks are a bit of a mess right now. Whether your name is gold, blue, green, or mahogany, you have the same rights as everybody else. This is temporary and ranks will be given specific rights. (Which means most players will be sorted and given new ranks.)

... 1st of all, that was a long time ago. 2nd of all, you're banned (and have been banned 4 or so times) so why do you keep posting? 3rd, I thought we were cool. Now you're going on about this again?
Also, I wasn't saying this just to show my anger at the fact that I got griefed, I did this because others have been griefed of the same stuff over and over again. Someone is obviously doing this.  

Matt please don't use factions, that's what sets my server apart.
