Second one is way too plain, the smaller icons are only used for the state preview (when you go to choose which one you want in your inventory) and you won't even see the half heart one (as far as I know) def go with the first

I did my original 3 pixels from the horizontal, and 1 from the vertical dimensions of the template, then replicated the same for the smaller versions.

resizing for the most part, then tidying up  

Probably finalized version unless I see something that needs changing.

You got wayyyy to much sel-out my man, graphically looks good, but not for Classic. Outline the notification buttons in black to make em pop more too.
