Seriously though, who here is vegan lol. I gotta know how they live... They dont eat any source of proteins the way i know it(except like beans but even then they arent protein-dense). Vegetarians are reasonable but i couldnt be a vegan lol.

our protein intake is only questioned because people relate protein back to meat, which isn't even good for you. trust me, a simple google search will do you wonders, "what food has protein" or "how do vegans get protein."
