it's basically post-skrillex house. skrillex experimented with a lot of glitch/dubstep/house combinations back in 2009 and 2010 which has really influenced house (and sadly dubstep).

there's a lot of house out there with dubstep wobbles and even drops 3/4 of the way through the song. this being an example:

What genre would you guys consider this?

house w/ trance influence. bpm too slow to be trance but the influence is really obvious.
