He didn't, NYN doesn't have the scripting rights or know-how to get your exact location and I'm pretty sure you have to allow iOS apps to access that information or else Apple's Location Services API says no basically.

The most he could have done is WHOIS'd your IP, which isn't against any kind of apple agreement.
