Its about technique, and skill on execution of that technique. It does take skill, I'd like to see you guys quick-scope on the fly in CoD, or even TF2 (I've tried it on both and it is really difficult).

If you can clutch a 1v6 in search & destroy using only a sniper then yes it takes skill.

Go quick scope on Counter Strike that's what I call actual skill, not CoD games.

Try quick scoping on blackops. Its hard as hell as theres no ADS Faster time and theres spread on the gun. Its also is hard since if you want no spread you have to stop moving and everyone knows how vulnerable you are standing still.

But in games like battlefield4 and mw2. Quickscoping takes little skill. Its like using a shotgun essentaly

In Black Ops they "fixed" quickscoping in the most round-about and stupidest ways possible... and they hurt actual traditional sniping. Let's not even talk about how they were at launch before they were patched... The only thing they did was essentially make them more luck-based until 1-2 seconds after fully scoped. To quick-scope in Black Ops is just more or the same as noscoping. Playing RNG and hoping it works in your favor, not really skill.

Really? In blops you can do a perfect 100% shot if you were standing still. And no it was not like no scoping, because as you start to aim your crosshairs slowley go inwards so its not as innacurate as just shooting with out aiming.  

The only place where quick scoping takes skill is CS.  

Quickscoping has a pretty low skill floor, but the skill cap can be high depending on the game.

They did two things to try and balance it out:
> when you scope in it randomly moves your crosshair.
> the first second or so when scooped in, your accuracy is pretty much like hipfire. The only difference is there is no visual indication since you are scoped. This means you can be scoped in, place a perfectly accurate shot and miss. Hence my comparison to noscoping.

Bf3 was probally one of the hardest games to quickscope in because suppression increases spread and recoil  

If you actually quickscope in Battlefield aside from situations where you actually need to, you need to go back to CoD.  

Quick scoping in CS requires skill yes, but 80% of it are luck because when moving while scoping, it will hit the bullet at a different angle, plus, sniping in there does not require the sniper to be a couple centimeters above the target, you can directly shoot thinking that the red point is the place where the sniper's bullet will lead to.

not if you have pin point aiming and can get chest/headshots within 20m. Then its actually quite effective
