The only difference is there is no visual indication since you are scoped. This means you can be scoped in, place a perfectly accurate shot and miss. Hence my comparison to noscoping. |

Quick scoping in CS requires skill yes, but 80% of it are luck because when moving while scoping, it will hit the bullet at a different angle, plus, sniping in there does not require the sniper to be a couple centimeters above the target, you can directly shoot thinking that the red point is the place where the sniper's bullet will lead to.
