NCS aka NoCopyrightedSound does a pretty good job actually at providing free music people can use. I've used their content a good bit for random projects. Never experienced an issue. While there may be a slip up every now and then and they report your content for copyright. Just appeal.reupload with a new song if needed. Not much of a hassle. If a song appears in your video for 7 seconds and it gets flagged for copyright. You could've just edited it out. Or cut out the audio at those 7 seconds |

NCS dont even talk abt it. I speak from experience. Just wait 3-4 yrs til u see music bot flagging all over ur ***. Cause ncs-contract artists submit to claim their work. I use vid edit out feature on utube to do that. Now my vids sounds like *** and btw appeal thing doesnt work unless it was mislabeling. Theyre just gonna response no and some comm guidlines regardless that artist made it public in the past or not Dont u think i tried all? Ps. Even qes' rap beats got copyrighted. Tf man qes gotta speak up so music bot cant catch ya |

It sounds to me like you are more butthurt over the fact that you got flagged for using copyrighted music than you are knowledgeable about the law. In fact, many of the replies I see from you on this thread are unintelligent, misinformed, and close-minded to learning the reason behind why they do things. Rule of thumb :: if the music is copyrighted, don't use it. If the music can be detected by software like Shazam, then be aware that a bot might flag it. I agree with the fact that if you use copyrighted material, you should not make money -- it should go to the original creator. If you want to make money, you have to be that original creator. As for title flagging, I don't view you as a credible source, so I disbelieve that's the only reason it was flagged. If you are telling the truth however, then appeal it. If you don't like it, move to a different source or find a new method of income. You agreed to these terms when you created an account, so that's another thing you should have been aware of. |

and i know by fact that it wasn't there in first place, because music bots usually catch and notify us in less than ~3months, usually 1 week avg. now these are 2-5year old videos we are talking about. the videos i made while i played graal and dedicated efforts into them. some of these musics also comes with certain country block.
title thing, i appealed it, but i can't even send more than 10 appeals... flagged titles: "Zodiac Hacker" "SLX Member Line-Up" "Speedhacker in sideroom" "Unholy Nation event 2" "Unholy Nation event" "Road to 10k week #2!" "Trayquan and Joker Fight on Skype" "Agree or Disagree? 2" "Yoo Let's Prank This Kid" "Agree or Disagree" "don't slap me dude" "who wants a shoutout?" "Marry me, I am a shemale" hey ****, can you see why im mad? these titles perfectly summarize the videos and they are 100% graal footage. im pretty sure people who plays classic have seen/watched them in the past. |

you should take a closer look at the variety of creative common licences some require special attribution forms, i usually look for CC0 stuff. and just because music is on a nocopyright channel doesnt make it so i am guessing youtube is using a very powerful algorithm that makes it possible to run a comparison worldwide and see where the sound was posted first and if it includes some form of licencing. youtube/google is focusing on big data, it is of low importance if a small group of people dislike it as long as it generates controversy |
