I think he will one day he knows how every gun should work out and if he becomes the gun admin their will never be any OP Guns again. Just perfect balanced guns and the guide is perfect broooo.
It's Photon cannon and I agree it is a great gun. Also I believe the Enranged rifle is 5 damage and the GL is 15 damage.

Hi, today im going to be addressing a weapons guide since there is no real description of weapons / guides from other players. So today im going to begin one. I will be doing all of the guns I own to start with, and also no holiday/auction/limited edition weapons. All the weapons are from shops available to the public.. So there will be missing guns on this list. If theres a specific gun you want me to review, Just post it on the thread and have patience as I get the time and money to buy the weapons of requested.
Important update!
The red and green rifle have been nerfed to 5 damage. Red rifle has been nerfed to photon tap fire rof and green rifle buffed to red rifle. These guns im going to be guessing will change a lot. Do not read the review on both of those guns as its innacurate. These guns are now not worth 6k anymore and you're much better off saving a extra 2k (thats ez money) and buying photon rifle.
To start there is a law of the guns. This law I call the 5 dmg law. If your gun does less than 4.5 base damage, then you must go commando on it as it darastically changes your bullet to kill. The bullets to kill (btk) based on damage is right here.

Whats a primary and secondary weapon?

Your primary weapon should be a good at everything gun and that you are very used too using. your secondary weapon should be a weapon that excels in certain things and can penetrate through light sabers. This way, if one of those situations pops up say, a whole bunch of angry defenders are charging me, I would want to switch from my primary that is OK at multiple targets and gives moderate blowback to a weapon that excels in combating multiple targets and has huge blowback so you can get away much quicker.

Next thing you need to know are the rules of basic combat.
The first rule of combat is ALWAYS have a secondary weapon that penetrates sabers if your primary doesn't and USE IT. Don't be scared to switch weapons, if you see people with sabers flag rushing then just switch to your secondary.
Second rule is always make sure the two guns you have equipped have different ammo type (exp Energy and Rifle ammo), this way if your primary runs out you have a back up gun. This rule does not apply on unlimited ammo weekends.

ER Beamer

The ER Beamer is your default weapon. It has a very small clip of 6, so be ready for reloading a lot and that slows you down a lot. small price, you get 5 damage on the gun. This gun is really good if you can manage the reload on it. Infact, it can beat the metallic and LR pulsar guns if you can land the hits.
This guns ROF is quite slow too. So I recommend you upgrade ASAP
Metallic Rifle

This gun is not so good. Theres two main issues that's the very low damage at 3 and the slow ROF. The only upside to this gun vs ER beamer is the clip is triple the size at 18. Do not waste 1000$ on this gun.
LR Pulsar
This is a very popular starting weapon amongst new people. It is only 4 damage, but the ROF is decent, and the clip size is 18. VS the ER beamer it is superior due to the triple clip size at 18. That means you can fire this gun much longer without having to reload, unlike the ER beamer where it takes 10 shots for 1 kill so you will always have that reload. The LR pulsar is the way to go for your starter weapon.
Grenade Launcher

The grenade launcher as the guns name says, launches grenades. Yes, they DO use grenade ammo. What are the advantages of the GL vs normal grenades? The damage on the GL is 12 I believe (very high dmg), you can shoot it 360 degrees so you can hit areas with grenades that you can't normally hit with your thrown grenades that are 4 way (up down left right). Another thing is the massive blow back this gun has. If you need to make a quick escape, this run backwards and spam this gun forwards and the blowback will send you flying through the map at speeds. This gun has two major downfalls though. Since there is the ammo depletion bug, ammo runs out very quick and unlimited ammo weekends does not affect this gun, the other down fall of this weapon is they shoot in a arc. Meaning that on flat ground you can shoot them and they can walk right under the bullet and kill you, then it lands on the ground and explodes. I prefer grenades over this over the GL since theres no ammo depletion on normal nades and for some reason, the GL doesn't award you the kill and the victim technically does not get pked.
Enranged Rifle

This gun has finally been givin some love to it. The damage is 6 meaning it can compete well vs other high powered guns. The ROF is same as pulsar and is completely superior to the pulsar. The thing about this gun is the high blowback. Is it GL blowback? no. This makes your shots a tad farther apart, but it really doesn't make a difference. It does though require you to keep moving up if your shooting over cover as the blowback will move you away from the cover. Another bad thing is this makes you move up slower, and on the counter, makes escapes easier as you can run away faster.
Green rifle

The green rifle is actually a very good gun and is superior to the enranged rifle as its 6 damage, higher ROF, and lower blowback. This gun is very good at assaulting as the low recoil allows you to move forward quickly, on the counter you can not run away as fast, it does give a tiny boost though. The ROF on this gun is high enough though to make bullet dodging hard as the gaps of the two shots are much closer.
Red rifle

Super ultra ***** phaggot weapon. Same as the green rifle BUT it has tap fire. The tap fire on this gun is super easy to use and you can just spam the begeazers out of your foe and give them 0 chance to dodge. The tap fire will be nerfed eventually so don't get too confertable with just that.
Photon Rifle

My favorite weapon in zone. It is the same thing as the green rifle but it has a blowback between the green and enranged rifles. So you aren't being penaltilized for spamming forward as harsh as the enranged yet you have enough blowback to have a effective speed boost to escape. Now most people be like "yo, why would I spend a extra 2,000$ on a weapon that performs the same as a green rifle?" The Photon Rifle has tap fire. However, it is extremely hard to master as you have to keep a constant rhythm of tapping the fire button to shoot as fast as the gun can. Also if you get out of rhythm, you pay a penalty. This penalty slows down your ROF drastically and it becomes tricky to get in the rhythm again. Tap fire also makes your gun less accurate as you are tapping so you might move your finger around. Tap fire on this gun is a huge benefit if you want to be beating and competing with streamers, HLs, Ap rippers on that level since theres 6 damage on the gun with the fast ROF. However if you're willing to take the time to master this, and you will be raging a ton as that one shot won't go when you tap fire. It is recommended that you go with full auto on this gun. Much easier to control plus you will always have a guarantee rhythm of bullets being shot and be shooting more bullets off faster than tap firing.
Plasma Chaingun

This gun is very very fun to use. The first thing you need to know about this gun is tap fire is mandatory. Its a easy to use tap fire gun and shoots very very fast. However, since the red rifle is the god gun and that already has this guns ROF and 2 extra damage. Its useless if you have a red rifle. If you don't, this gun is a wise investment since there will be no nerfing of this gun. The second rule of this gun is move forward and shoot as fast and wide as possible. By moving forward, this guns massive blowback slows you down a lot. By this, your bullets become more clumped together, when you spread out your shots and shoot very fast. You create a massive bullet wall thats virtually impossible to weave through. This gun also provides significant suppressing fire. If some one is near a wall, just spam your shots next to him and move your bullets towards the wall slowly. Once this is done, you get at least one hit guarented if you do this right. Along with the insane ROF this gun excels at retreating while combating multiple targets as you have the insane ROF with the crazy high blowback. This gun is a must for multiple targets.
Streamer

The streamer is the weapon choice of most competitive players. I can see why too. It tops the AP rippers in t2k but the b2k are the same. The second reason why its such a popular gun is the high ROF. You can easily trap people within a spam wall and quickly take people out. There is no blowback on the gun so it is excellent for assaulting but you won't be givin that small boost running away. This gun is also exceptionally good without frenzy mode because the fast ROF, its also super effective in frenzy mode as the fast ROF + 7 damage. With commando on this gun it could be argued one of the best guns in the game
Heavy Laser

The heavy laser is a not so popular gun, and I can see why. Its absolutely terrible for the price, the good ROF and the 5 damage makes killing take forever and the next thing you know your dead since others can swarm you so easily. However, getting a kill with this weapon leads to ultimate ownage. Once you go into frenzy mode, this gun becomes the top of the pack killer. The damage jumps to 8 (9 in commando) meaning you go from a 10-9 btk jumping to a 6-7 btk. This gun is very hard to use as your spamming capabilities and suppressing fire is moderate and low damaging. The best way to use this gun is to pick off people one by one preferably in close quarters (easier to land hits). Once you do that and in frenzy mode, then you can focus more on holding off multiple people at once since you have such a low btk. I like to use this for one person at a time since it drops people incredibly fast. Theres no blowback so you aren't being slowed down or speed up. So this gun is great for assaulting.
Poison Vine

The poison vine is one of the guns you can buy in the nature shop. This gun is NOT a good primary weapon as of the low damage, but it makes a awesome secondary weapon since lightsabers can't block these. So you got annoying flag rushers? Just take this bad boy out and start shooting them. The ROF is good, this guns a lower damage photon rifle basically. It has the same tap fire pattern as the photon. So once again, tap fire is not recommended.

One of the coolest looking guns in the game imo. However, its a complete ripoff, its just a reskinned more expensive photon rifle and it even plays exactly like the photon with a tap fire thats hard to master. Only thing that this gun has over the photon is it can penetrate sabers.
Plasma Shotgun

This gun sucks. I have played around with it for a while and it is so hard to aim this gun properly. My shots are going left and right but never down the middle making some very frustrating moments. The ROF is slow and its tap fire only. I would not call this gun unuseable in combat like the flamethrower, if someone had the patience and took the time to master this gun, it would be very good as the 3 bullets take up a lot of space and leave no holes to dodge between. Not worth the money and i do not reccomend you get it.
Chaingun

I have been wanting this gun for quite sometime and i finally got it. After pking with it for about an hour i have discovered in that time that tap fire is mandatory and this almost plays exactly like a plasma chaingun. Theres a few differences between the two and it is the following. The first is that it has no blowback making the chaingun great for assaulting but not so great at escapes. Also this is very nice for positioning yourself up against walls at the spot where you can hit others but they cant hit you. Second is theres the larger clip by 2 meaning 1 clip can kill 2 and theres more spread. The more spread makes this gun much less effective in tight closed areas but much more effective in wide open areas. With the super high ROF you don't need to make a huge fuss about missing as another bullet will be right behind it going in another direction. Third is it penetrates through sabers.
This gun offers a significant amount of suppressing fire, however, the low damage does not make this gun a killing machine. It serves better off providing suppressing fire and while your spamming like crazy and other people with other guns you can either dish out a decent amount of damage making it easier for your team to kill the enemy. Or the opposite, if your team has already weakened them then you go in and mop up and kill the rest of the people. This gun also is great at engaging multiple people at once thanks to the fast ROF with the wide spread. If you are in a squad and in a squad fight. Someone should be running with this gun, it would make a huge difference.
I also forgot to mention this gun is terrible in spring.
Lightning Pistol

This gun is a joke. The ROF is same as the other color guns, but theres no tap fire boost and the low damage does not help. What also is crappy about this gun is its clip size being 12 and thats 6 shots below the norm. That + mid ROF + low damage = bad. it doesn't even penetrate through sabers. This gun is trash, don't bother with it. The enranged rifle is far more superior for the price.
AP Rippers

I don't own this gun. So my review might be off, but I have seen so many of these lately I can make a review on it. For starters, its the BAR of zone. It gives you the exact advantages the BAR gave in era on release of 1 less btk, large clip, and can excel in combat no matter the situation. Theres also no learning curb to it. Anyone can pick one up and deal massive amounts of damage with all of this crap it has, theres 0 disadvantages. Theres only + things about this gun. The first + is the tap fire like a red rifle. Im assuming its like a red rifle since I have seen these guns shoot abnormally fast and have a very constant bullet stream. So you can put down a massive amount of suppressing fire due to the clip size of 36. This + 6.5dmg + broken ROF = an OP broken gun that really does not cost that much. 47.5k is only 20$ or since zone gaining money is easy it doesn't take that long to get the money. Its going to be nerfed and don't bitch about it when it is nerfed.
Grass Gun

The grass gun is a uniqe weapon. As its clip size is 18 and has streamer damage and rof in tapfire it makes very good for 1v1s. However, i had played with this gun for about an hour and i found that the tap fire was much easier to use vs the poison vine. At first this struck a OP alert bell. Then i noticed that it cant shoot through Cover. So i have come to the conclusion of this gun is good at run n gun gameplay and great in closed areas thanks to the accuracy of the weapon. This gun would work best if you were one of the last assaulting people and then you rush in after everyones weakened from the previous wave and you rush in and wipe them all out. Poison vine is a much harder to use weapon but can shoot through cover, so if you want an easy to use poison vine this is the way to go.
AP Pierces

Omg where to start with this gun. I love these things. The 30 clip size allows very long shootings that can provide massive suppressions. However, theres huge drawbacks, these drawbacks being the 3 damage. This really just kills this gun. You have a 17 btk and if you follow my 4.5 law then it takes 13 btk. Theres two things that are not so good about this gun. The low damage, and the medicore ROF. The ROF is that of a photon and really makes the T2K high and its takes forever to kill someone. In combat, these guns are just awful. The high btk just makes this gun terrible as theres cover. People can easily just run behind cover and all your shots are pointless. Even in frenzy mode though. These guns are OK. Since you're doing 5 damage you get a 10 - 9 btk. But thats still incredibly high for a gun with a low ROF. However, i wandered what would sparring be like? Omg these things are just a beast in spar. Im terrible at sparring, like really bad. I started to use these and wow, my performence just sky rocketed. I was now beating people with APRs and these people were those 1337 sparrers. The 30 clip allows so much firing, and when theres nowhere to run and no cover in spar. so you can't avoid bullets by running behind a wall. All those bullets you can keep on firing for such a long time makes it incredibly hard for people to dodge as you can shoot off so many shots. The slow ROF is even cancelled out by the huge clip. You can fire way more bullets off than any other weapon except for rippers in a minute. Since you're shooting for so long, you are stopping less for reloading. However, the one thing that kills this gun in spar again is the stupid 3-4 damage. But that doesn't even stop these things from being good in spar.

unfortunately nothing it's very good at. Its good at competing with the lower class weapons and guns like the red and green rifle. If you're going to get a gun, get the photon. Use this gun properly and master it and you will never have to buy another gun again.
if you love the enranged rifle and how it works. Then I say get the watermelon gun as from what I have seen is a cloned enranged.
