Personally, I find this an insult to intelligence.

Plus, if somebody messages him claiming to be an admin, he can't use this to determine if they are lying or not as an admin won't just host on the spot because a random person asked them to for verification reasons. So no, his problem isn't solved. To answer his question, you shouldn't ever need to 'identify' an admin because if they are logged in their admin account they are usually in stealth mode and won't try to message you or brag about being an admin, if you receive messages from someone who tells you they are an admin they are most likely lying. If you are online and see someone host, then they are for sure an admin but if you ever have any problems you should use the report/feedback system, but you are still free to message them just don't always expect a reply back. |

I never called the player stupid. Btw, at least I gave them an answer.
We do have a friends list that shows you who is online. Adding an admin does help in identifying admins. Also, I didnt say that any player should rely soley on that factor. I merely wanted to show them one possible solution. Furthermore, admins dont just message players. It may not take a rocket scientist to know about Graal forums but it certainly does require a player have spent sometime playing the game to even having knowledge of the forums. Unless, its someone who knows someone that knows another person that plays the game in real. Like, it could be a family member or whoever. What are the chances of that? |

Not sure if somebody already answered this. The star * you see often indicates that the player is logged on via PC. When you have a PC account, you often have a Graal ID. People who subscribed at least once will also have something called a community name. Or if they have an old account, they only have an community name. If the name you set inGame is exactly the same like your community name, it will put a star infront of the name. For example: My community name is "Chelterrar" If I name myself "Chelterrar" ingame, it changes to "*Chelterrar" but if I change my name to "Chelt" it stay that way without a star. But it is possible to just include the star when you change you nick. So you can easily fake it. On Delteria, if you click the profile of a staff, the name is in gold letters not in white once. Not sure how this is on iClassic though. Sorry |

Why are you being so rude? Don't bother even posting here if you can't even have courtesy of others. Remember, No Question is a stupid question...

I never said anything about a question being stupid. Yog is the only one that mentions anything about being stupid. Btw, instead of finding the fault in what I say, Yog or anyone should have just answered you in the first place. Also, you can always pm an admin that you know and ask them if the said player is truly an admin |
